About PlotPoint.
We lend to property projects across England: fast, secure and transparent property-backed finance, funded by our investor circle.
With deep expertise in property finance and a strong network of funders, we provide the capital to execute projects swiftly and efficiently. From bridging loans to light construction, we cater to a wide range of property-backed investments.
Our platform makes sure deals are submitted, reviewed and approved with speed, giving funders vetted, asset-backed opportunities and borrowers the capital they require.
Bridging capital and opportunity.
Our strategy is simple: originate high-quality, property-backed loans, directly and through trusted intermediaries, and fund them through our investor circle. In today’s market, securing capital swiftly is critical to a project’s success, and our process is built for it.
Building partnerships
We work directly with borrowers and alongside trusted intermediaries, and fund each loan through our investor circle. Rigorous vetting means only the most promising property-backed projects reach funders, and borrowers get the funding they need for projects traditional lenders often overlook.
A tech-driven approach
Our platform simplifies everything from deal submission to approval, speeding up a process that could otherwise take weeks. Deals are submitted, go through due diligence and get a response, usually within 24 hours. Funders see live project updates and detailed portfolio information throughout the loan term.
Filling the market void
As many traditional lenders pull back, a gap has opened for property-backed private credit. PlotPoint steps into it, giving funders vetted, asset-backed opportunities and giving borrowers the capital to complete their projects.

Common questions.
How does PlotPoint work?
PlotPoint is the lender of record. We originate property-backed loans, directly with borrowers and through intermediaries, then carry out the underwriting, due diligence and monitoring ourselves. Members of our investor circle fund those loans by lending to PlotPoint, and keep the beneficial interest in their share of each underlying loan.
What types of loans do you offer funders?
PlotPoint focuses on property-backed loans, including bridging and light development finance. Every loan is secured against real property.
Is my investment secure?
Every loan is secured against property, and that security is held on behalf of funders by SEC PP Limited, an independent security trustee. Each project is vetted by PlotPoint and its solicitors before it is offered. However, your capital is at risk and is not protected by the FSCS or covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. You could lose some or all of your capital and interest.
Is there a PlotPoint app?
Yes. The PlotPoint app is on Google Play and on the web at app.plotpoint.co.uk, and the App Store version is coming soon. Sign up in the app and our team will onboard you. Once you’re admitted to the investor circle, you can explore vetted deals and view your current deals, interest and project updates there.
